Working principle is to put the well mixed flour by dough mixer into noodles making machine, under the action of motor and speed reducer, drive roller rotation, and squeeze mixed flour into dough sheet, again through the cutting knife of nose section  to cut dough sheet into noodles, then became noodles.

 

Noodles shape is determined by the noodles cutting knife specifications, the common specifications are 1.5 mm round knife, 2 mm, 4 mm, 8 mm square knife, and 20 mm square knife, the specifications of the cutting knife can be installed to the noodle making machine, change the cutting knife is very convenient, can make a variety of specifications of the noodles.
